Event Description

Many of our PhD trainees go into the field of medical communications. These jobs involve creating and sharing clear, fact-based health and science information with doctors, patients, and drug makers. It bridges complex research and real-world understanding through professional writing, strategy, and digital media. Join us for a panel hosted by the International Society for Medical Publication Professionals (ISMPP). There will be speakers who recently moved from academia to med comms agencies and pharma companies to work within in med comms. You will hear about their career paths and they will walk us through a mock writing test which is typical in the interview process so you can get real preparation for the job application.
