Katz Center Fellowships

The fellowship program invites roughly twenty scholars each year to conduct research on a specific theme within the various fields of Judaic studies. During the course of the year the fellows work on their individual projects. Fellowships granted may be for one semester or the full academic year.

Library of Congress Rockefeller Fellows in Islamic Studies

Charles Warren Center for Studies in American History Fellowships

Themes of the fellowship change from year to year. Applicants may not be degree candidates and should have a Ph.D. or equivalent. Jane Coffin Childs Memorial Fellowship

The Fund awards fellowships to suitably qualified individuals for full time postdoctoral studies in the medical and related sciences bearing on cancer.

Damon Runyon Postdoctoral Fellowships

The Foundation supports research relevant to the study of cancer and the search for cancer causes, mechanisms, therapies, and preventions. Postdocs are available to new PhDs under the guidance of a sponsor (tenured, tenure-track, or equivalent) capable of providing mentorship to the fellow.

US Postdoctoral Fellowships

Research Fellowships have been established to increase scientific collaboration between centres of excellence in the UK and the USA, and encourage active and innovative American postdoctoral scientists to undertake the highest quality research in UK laboratories for up to three years.

ERCIM Fellowship Programme

Postdoctoral fellowships are available in information technology and applied mathematics. These grants target young scientists of all nationalities wishing to work on research projects at ERCIM member institutes across Europe. Fellowships are typically of 24 months in duration.

Fellowships at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem

The sponsor provides support to allow students and graduates of outstanding academic achievement from all parts of the world, including Israel, to pursue their master’s, doctoral, and postdoctoral studies at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Eligible applicants may not apply later than four years after completion of their doctoral dissertation.

Dina Abramowicz Emerging Scholar Fellowship

The Dina Abramowicz Emerging Scholar Fellowship is intended for post-doctoral research on a topic in Eastern European Jewish Studies leading to a significant scholarly publication. The fellowship supports research at the YIVO Library and Archives for a period of two to three months.
