The MHS will offer approximately 20 short-term research fellowships in 2017. Each grant will provide a stipend of $2,000 for four weeks of research at the Society. Short-term awards are open to independent scholars, advanced graduate students, and holders of the Ph.D. or the equivalent.
Fellowships support young biochemists and molecular biologists from countries that are full or associate members of IUBMB who need to travel to other laboratories in the IUBMB region to carry out experiments that require special techniques, or for other scientific collaboration or advanced training.

The Friends of the Princeton University Library offer short-term Library Research Grants to promote scholarly use of the research collections. These $4,000 grants are meant to help defray expenses incurred in traveling to and residing in Princeton during the tenure of the grant (up to a month).
