Theodore Saloutos Book Award

This is a cash prize and a certificate presented to the author of a book on any aspect (broadly interpreted) of agricultural history in the United States, judged best by the award committee. The book must be based on substantial primary research and should represent a major new scholarly interpretation or reinterpretation of agricultural history scholarship. A book may be nominated by its author, the publisher, a member of the award committee, or a member of the Society. Submit nominations to the editor of Agricultural History by January 1. Publishers should send four copies of the book to the Agricultural History journal office for award consideration.
