Funds original research in Gender-Specific medicinePapers submitted for the Ferrer Award must be original research studies that explore some aspect of the impact of gender on normal human physiology or on the pathophysiology of disease. The winning investigator(s) will receive $10,000. The article will be published in the concurrent issue of the Journal “Gender Medicine”.
