Student Research Awards

The Student Research Awards annually recognize student research that significantly adds to the body of knowledge on academic advising. A check for $500.00 and a plaque may be awarded in each category at the Annual Conference in the fall.

Eligibility:

  1. Any current NACADA member who is completing or has recently (within one year) completed research at either the Master’s level or at the Ed.D. or Ph.D. level that significantly adds to the body of knowledge on academic advising is eligible.
  2. Previous winners of this award are not eligible.
  3. Current members of the Board of Directors and Council are not eligible for consideration for this award. After the member’s term of office is over, s/he may then be eligible for consideration.
