An award for independent travel and study is open to both undergraduate and graduate students. The Foundation’s goal is to instill in its fellows a heightened sense of the importance of aesthetics in structural design by offering them an opportunity to study buildings and bridges throughout the world.
Candidates should demonstrate the highest aspirations as students and prospective practitioners in the field. Candidates must be nominated by their Dean or Department Chair and be receiving a bachelor’s or master’s degree or Ph.D. from an accredited U.S. school
