Shri Ram Arora International Award

The first part of the award is a $500 cash award to be used at the recipient’s discretion to further his or her quest for knowledge within the international materials science and engineering community.

The second part of this award, the remaining $2,000, should be applied toward travel and accommodation expenses to attend anyTMS-sponsored or approved conference within the upcoming year. Any amount of the $2,000 not used for travel and accommodation should be used at the recipient’s discretion for purposes as described in the abstract below. Although both North American and international students are eligible, preference will be given to an Indian applicant
