Senior Research Training Fellowships

Objective of Senior Research Training Fellowship is to support the training of MDs and/or PhDs seeking further academic training as scientific investigators. Areas of interest are: Adult pulmonary medicine research, Pediatric pulmonary medicine research., Lung biology research. The intent of the fellowship is to provide support to postdoctoral research fellows as they transition into faculty positions. Individuals who have been appointed to a tenure track position or equivalent are no longer eligible. At the time of application, the applicant must have the following qualifications: MD applicants must have completed clinical training, have some research experience, and be entering 4th or 5th year of fellowship training; PhD applicants must not be beyond the second post-doctoral year at the time of application; the applicant must not be working for a non-for-profit institution. Applicants must apply through online portal located on the website.
