Scholarships

The Cicero Foundation actively supports the integration of the countries of Central and Eastern Europe into the European Union. University based PhD candidates and scientific researchers from these countries may apply for scholarships that enable them to participate free of charge in the Great Debate Seminars organised by the Foundation. Qualified applicants are invited to send a detailed letter, accompanied by copies of diplomas, by email to the Paris bureau of the Cicero Foundation.
