Scholars-in-Residence Program

Archival Research Grant: This program is designed to promote the interpretation of Pennsylvania history; to encourage research that draws upon the Commission’s archival, artifact, and architectural collections; and to promote the dissemination of research findings to both the professional community of scholars and the public. The Commission’s facilities include information on Pennsylvania’s tradition of religious and political toleration, colonial life, rural and agricultural history, military history, etc. The program lasts 4-12 weeks.
