To encourage research in geography teaching and learning, NCGE has created the Salvatore J. Natoli Dissertation Award in Geographic Education. The award recipient will be recognized during the National Conference on Geography Education. All applicants are expected to present their research at the National Conference. Entrants for this year must have completed their degrees within three years of the conference. The award is not restricted to Ph.D. dissertations in geography.
