Provides funding for one to two year Master’s level study in international relations and conflict resolution at one of Rotary International Centers. Applicants must hold a B.A., be proficient in a second language (including language of proposed host university), possess excellent leadership skills, demonstrate a commitment to peace and international understanding, and hold citizenship in a country where there is a rotary club. Applicants must apply through their local rotary club. Individual rotary clubs screen applications and submit them for district-level competition. Districts then submit applications for world-level competition. Individual deadlines vary according to local clubs, but the application process generally begins in March of each year.
