Postdoctoral Fellowships

Each year, the Irvington Institute’s Scientific Advisory Board chooses up to 12 applicants from among hundreds of brilliant medical investigators who vie for a Postdoctoral Fellowship. Fellows carry out research of their own design for three years under senior scientist mentors at the country’s leading universities and medical centers. Most remain in research after their Fellowships have concluded and go on to make significant contributions in the battle against immune system disorders, including cancer, AIDS, diabetes, lupus, multiple sclerosis, and rheumatoid arthritis.
