For graduate students who are residents of New Jersey in the New Jersey university/ college system or attending a university/ college out of state. The Leigh Cook Fellowship and the John H. Rutledge Fellowship are open to all graduate students in medical sciences, law and Masters in Public Health programs. Minority students are encouraged to apply. Each fellowship provides a stipend of $5,000 and requires a full-time commitment of ten to twelve weeks.
