Native American Visiting Student Awards

Archival Research Grant: Appointments are available for currently enrolled advanced Native American graduate students who are formally or informally related to a Native American community. Visiting Students pursue independent research in association with Smithsonian staff. Appointments are available for currently enrolled advanced Native American graduate students who are formally or informally related to a Native American community. Stipends: $150 per day for up to 21 days and $400 per week for 3 to 10 weeks, a travel allowance and a small research allowance.
