J. J. Barr Scholarship

The NAWC J. J. Barr Scholarship is awarded to candidates entering a graduate degree program, current graduate students enrolled in a graduate degree program, water utility industry employees entering a graduate program, and pursuing/planning to pursue a graduate level degree in the following disciplines: engineering, biology, chemistry, business administration, or a field leading to a career in the investor-owned water supply business. Applicants must be enrolled in or attending a graduate program that is located in a state where there is a NAWC chapter. The geographic location of the graduate program will be used to determine a candidate’s eligibility. NAWC chapters are found in the following states: WA, CA, PA, NY, NJ, New England (includes MA, ME, CT, RI, VT, and NH), NC, SC, FL, IL, MO, DE, IN, and OH.
