Huntington Fellowships: Short-Term Awards

Archival Research Grant: For Ph.D.’s and doctoral candidates at the dissertation stage to spend 1-5 months at the library doing research. Within this category, the Huntington awards a number of specialized fellowships, including:

Francis Bacon Foundation Fellowships in Renaissance England; Haynes Foundation Fellowships in Los Angeles History; Reese Fellowship in American Bibliography and the History of the Book in the Americas; Trent R. Dames Civil Engineering History Fellowship; and Christopher Isherwood Foundation Fellowship.
