The Robert Schuman Grants are attributed to doctorate or post-doctorate students who have a research project related to European issues and community policies. Non-French students must be studying in a French establishment for Higher Education. It is obligatory for candidates to address their candidature in French and include the following:
1) a Curriculum Vitae with a photo, an indication of financial resources, any parallel grants and professional projects;
2) a handwritten letter;
3) a detailed presentation of the research project of 2/3 typewritten pages (subject, hypotheses, methodology, plan, main sources and references) indicating a provisional time schedule in which to accomplish the research;
4) two original letters of reference written by the studies director and another professor or training director.
