GCA Internship in Garden History and Design

The GCA Internship in Garden History and Design is an annual award to support independent study by a student in the field of landscape history and design. Preference will be given to a researcher interested in working at the Archives of American Gardens (AAG) at the Smithsonian Institution in Washington DC, and this application incorporates Smithsonian criteria. The award is, however, available to a student in any facility approved by the Scholarship Committee providing adequate supervision and structure.
