Francis H. Beam Philanthropy Fellowship

This is a 20-month, full-time work experience with Saint Luke’s Foundation. The Fellowship, which requires residence in Northeast Ohio during the term of engagement, provides an opportunity for a talented individual to work within the Foundation, learning all aspects of philanthropy and the unique manner in which this foundation works in the Greater Cleveland community. In addition, it provides a broad view of the public and nonprofit sector, and allows the Fellow to engage and network with colleagues, peers and the community as a member of a professional team.

Minimum qualifications for the Fellowship include a master’s degree and/or significant professional experience in the nonprofit sector. Excellent written and oral skills and computer competency are required. A desire to work as part of a small yet dynamic team dedicated to strengthening the nonprofit sector is essential.
