A candidate must meet all of the following criteria in order to be considered for this award:
-Be a regular member of The National Huguenot Society, having met all requirements for that membership.
-Be a student at an accredited college or graduate school who has had at least two semesters of history which include, at least in part, a history of religion.
-Have completed at least two years of college with a 3.0 grade point average on a 4.0 scale.
