Cindy Winter Scholarship Award

To honor a student or new professional who has demonstrated outstanding leadership/service in the discipline of family studies. This biannual (odd years) award is given in recognition of Cindy Winter, NCFR’s Conference Director from 1964-2007. A monetary award in the amount of $500 to be used for travel expenses to attend the NCFR Annual Conference, a complimentary NCFR Annual Conference registration and a plaque will be awarded the selected applicant biannually (odd years). The award will be presented at the beginning of a plenary session.
