Bureau of Indian Affairs Higher Education Grant Program

The purpose of the BIE’s Higher Education Grant Program is to provide supplemental financial assistance to the eligible American Indian/ Alaska Native scholar.

Applicants must:
* be an enrolled member of a federally recognized Indian/Alaska Native tribe in United States.
*be pursuing a masters or doctoral degree as a full time student at an accredited graduate school in United States.
*Apply for campus-based financial aid through the federal financial aid process at the institution by June 1st.
