ASA/BJS Research Program

The American Statistical Association Committee on Law and Justice Statistics in cooperation with the Bureau of Justice Statistics (BJS) conducts a small grant program for the analyses of BJS and other justice-related data. This program is designed to encourage the creative and appropriate use of these data to inform substantive and methodological issues. Although these awards are typically given to postdoctoral applicants, dissertation research may qualify. Young investigators are encouraged to apply. Research should be completed within a two-year period. Future Solicitations will be handled directly through BJS. Contact funder for more information.
