Graduate Fellowship Program

The Graduate Fellowship Program provides up to 5 years of funding for students conducting research related to semiconductors and microelectronics. The package includes stipend, benefits, and tuition.

Graduate Fellowships in the Physical Sciences

The NPSC aims to increase the number of American citizens with graduate degrees in the physical sciences and related engineering fields by providing fellowships to promising students. Fellowships last generally last between 2 and 6 years.

Graduate Research Fellowship

This program supports early-career graduate students in NSF-supported STEM fields. Fellows benefit from a three-year annual stipend of $34,000 along with a $12,000 cost of education allowance.

North American Doctoral Fellowships

North American Doctoral Fellowships provide financial assistance to outstanding candidates who might not otherwise have the means to complete their studies. Gilliam Fellowships for Advanced Study
