Awarded to a social work doctoral candidate whose dissertation focuses on health policy and practice. Dissertations that include a diversity component are encouraged.
Research Grants
Earthwatch’s goal is to support field-based research projects that produce rigorous, relevant, and impactful science, address global change, and actively involve citizen-scientist participants. Funding is provided for three years, subject to passing an annual performance review.
AAS CIAC Small Grants
This $2,000 award supports dissertation-level graduate students and scholars with special interests in China, Taiwan, or Inner Asia. Applicants must be current AAS members, but there are no citizenship requirements.
