M. Estellie Smith Memorial Fund

Provides small grants to supplement dissertation fieldwork expenses (typically $2000) and subsequent travel money to present at the SEA annual conference (typically $500). Research must address economic anthropology as well as theoretical or applied advances that help vulnerable peoples.
