Graduate Fellowship Program

The Graduate Fellowship Program provides up to 5 years of funding for students conducting research related to semiconductors and microelectronics. The package includes stipend, benefits, and tuition.

Masters Scholarship Program

The MSP Scholarships provide full tuition and fees and a competitive stipend for up to two years of master’s level study. Applicants should be from underrepresented/minority groups. Research should be in areas of interest to the semiconductor industry.

Simon Karecki Fellowship

The fellowship will be awarded to a doctoral student who is performing research through the center. The fellowship will be re-awarded annually, but the current recipient of the award may re-compete for follow on funding. Applicants must be nominated for this award.

SRC NRI Hans J. Coufal Fellowship

This fellowship provides tuition and a stipend for five years to a student who studies nanoelectronics. The award is only offered once every five years, so interested applicants should check the website for details.
