Research Grants

This award supports research in risk and insurance economics. Suggested themes for research include Economic Theory (uncertainty, risk management, credibility, theories of risk, etc.) and Economic Practice. The 10,000 CHF (around $10,000) award supports research for a doctoral dissertation.

Ernst Meyer Prize

Every year, the Association awards the prestigious “ERNST MEYER” Prize for university research work, usually in the form of a doctoral thesis, which makes a significant and original contribution to the study of risk and insurance economics.
