IHS PhD Scholarship

The IHS PhD Scholarship awards $1,500 to entering and currently enrolled graduate students in doctoral programs. These awards are given to promising students dedicated to developing, teaching, and applying the principles of a free society.

The Humane Studies Fellowship

A renewable, non-residency fellowship program for IHS alumni (i.e., those who have been awarded the IHS PhD Scholarship), the Humane Studies Fellowship awards up to $15,000 per year to support graduate students in PhD programs.

IHS Conference and Research Grant

This grant provides up to $750 to cover travel costs and fees for career-related expenses. The grant is awarded on a rolling basis to current graduate students advancing the principles of freedom through their career.
