Pilar Sáenz Annual Student Essay Prize

This award is for the best essay dealing with Eighteenth-Century Spain, Portugal or Ibero-America. The prizes to the winner include a $250, a 1-year subscription to Dieciocho, a 2-year membership in IASECS, and a revised version of the essay will be considered for publication in Dieciocho.

The María Salgado Student Travel Grant

Graduate students from North American universities who will be presenting a paper focused on eighteenth-century Spain, Portugal, or Ibero-America, at the American Society for Eighteenth Century Studies (ASECS) national annual meeting are eligible for a $400 travel grant.
