Dissertation fellowship for graduate students pursuing careers in liberal arts education who claim minority status or otherwise have demonstrated potential to increase diversity among student body and faculty at liberal arts institutions.

Applications in all disciplines of the liberal arts and engineering who will contribute to increasing the diversity of member colleges by increasing their ethnic and racial diversity, maximizing the educational benefits of diversity and/or increasing the number of professors who can and will use diversity as a resource for enriching the education of students.
