Research Scholar Program

Research Scholar Program provides full support for graduate students, faculty, and independent scholars in the humanities and social sciences seeking to conduct in-country, independent research for three months to nine months in Central Asia, Moldova, Russia, the South Caucasus, and Ukraine.

Title VIII Research Scholar Program

The American Councils Research Scholar Program provides full support for graduate students, faculty, and independent scholars seeking to conduct in-country, independent research for 3-9 consecutive months in Central Asia, Moldova, Russia, the South Caucasus, Southeast Europe, and Ukraine.

Robert Rose Education Award in Hydrogen and Fuel Cell Technology

The Rose Award will be provided annually or biannually on a competitive basis to US or international graduate students in a relevant STEM field at the M.A. and Ph.D. level and/or to recent graduates who are currently engaged in a relevant area of STEM study or research
