This is a $5,000 prize for Innovative contributions to accounting education. Nominations include a letter from your advisor outline the innovation inherent in granting the award, and a statement from the student describing their research purpose and dissertation status.
This is a $1,000 cash award for outstanding dissertation research in the field of management accounting. A selection committee reviews working papers related to the dissertation to determine winners. See website for more details.
This award aims to help defray costs (up to $1,500) for individuals conducting dissertation research on governmental and nonprofit topics. An applicant must be a doctoral candidate with a major or emphasis in accounting from any doctoral granting institution in the US or abroad.
The author of the dissertation judged to make the most outstanding contribution to auditing knowledge among those dissertations nominated for consideration, in addition to the recipient’s dissertation chair, will receive the award.
