Empirical Research Teaching Fellow

The fellow provides research support in statistical methods and analysis to the faculty of Harvard Law school in exchange for mentoring from faculty members, a stipend, research budget, travel funds, and benefits.

Pathfinder Fellowship Program

The CUAHSI Pathfinder Fellowship program provides travel funds to graduate students in water science to make an extended trip to conduct and enhance their research. Fellowships are awarded to cover travel costs up to a maximum of $5000.

Archie Green Fellowship

This fellowship of $30,000-$45,000 supports a year of field research in which the applicant generates original documentation of the culture and traditions of American workers or occupational groups. The documentary materials generated become part of the American Folklife Center’s archive.

AMRI Visiting Research Fellowship

The AMRI Visiting Research Fellowship offers researchers up to $8,000 to work on research projects with Australian Museum Scientists. Research fellows must be nominated by a staff member of the Australian Museum who is the leader of a research project.

AMRI Visiting Collections Fellowship

The AMRI Visiting Collection Fellowship offers researchers up to $8,000 to work with significant collections at the Australian Museum. Applicants should address AMRI research priorities in their submission.

Fellowships/Grants for Study in Scandinavia

The American-Scandinavian Foundation (ASF) offers fellowships (up to $23,000) and grants (up to $5,000) to individuals to pursue research, study or creative arts projects in one or more Scandinavian country for up to one year.

APAGS/Psi Chi Junior Scientist Fellowship

This award provides $1,000 in research funds for a first or second year graduate student. In addition, it provides feedback to applicants on the application in order to improve the chances of having a successful NSF GRF application.

Small Research Grant

These small grants support general research projects by graduate students or those with PhDs in primate research. Preference is given to training initiatives, start-up funds, supplementary funding for students, and research that will advance animal care and research technology.

Laboratory-Graduate Research Appointments

Graduate Research Program (GRP) appointments are available to qualified U.S. and non-U.S. university graduate students who wish to carry out their thesis research at Argonne National Laboratory under co-sponsorship of an Argonne staff member and a faculty member at the student’s home institution.

ANF Nursing Research Grant

The Nursing Research Grants (NRG) Program is to encourage the research career development of all nurses to conduct studies that contribute toward the advancement of nursing science and the enhancement of patient care. ANF’s program is support for clinically based research.
