Awarded to encourage women entering the field of statistics. Applicants should be women who are admitted to full-time study in a graduate statistical program by July 1 of the award year. Women in or entering the early stages of graduate training (M.S. or Ph.D) are especially encouraged to apply.

College Scholarships
This scholarship offers financial aid to Master’s students and promotes study in Horticulture, Floriculture, Landscape Design, Botany, Biology, Plant Pathology, Forestry, Agronomy, Environmental Concerns, City Planning, Land Management and/or allied subjects.
Lydia Donaldson Tutt-Jones Research Grant
This grant provides financial support to students and professionals who conduct research to study African American success, particularly in the area of education.
Mary Lily Research Grants
The Sallie Bingham Center provides research travel grants of up to $1,500 for researchers whose work would benefit from access to the women’s history collections held at Duke University’s Rubenstein Rare Book & Manuscript Library.
Harvey Fellows Program
The Harvey Fellows program provides scholarships to Christian Students with the goal of encouraging individuals to integrate their faith and their vocations in fields where the Mustard Seed Foundation considers Christians to be underrepresented.
Eisenhower Graduate Transportation Fellowships
This fellowship enables students to pursue master’s degrees or doctorates in transportation-related fields at an accredited U.S. Institution of Higher Education. The monthly stipend is $1,700 for master’s and $2,000 for doctoral students.
Professional Development Fellowships for Graduate Students
This $10,000 award supports promising artists, designers, craftspersons, historians, curators, and critics who are enrolled in MFA, PhD, and other terminal degree programs. The award can be spent on any professional development activity.
Short-Term Predoctoral Residencies
Dumbarton Oaks offers a limited number of short-term residencies for advanced graduate students preparing for Ph.D. general exams or writing their dissertations in Byzantine, Pre-Columbian, or Garden & Landscape Studies.
Summer Fellowships
Summer Fellowships: for Byzantine, Pre-Columbian, or Landscape Architecture scholars on any level of advancement beyond the first year of graduate (post-baccalaureate) study. Summer Fellowships are awarded for a period of seven weeks. The 2018 summer fellowship term is June 18 to August 3.
The Garden Club of America/Royal Horticultural Society Interchange Fellowships
To foster British-American interchange of scholars and information in horticulture, landscape architecture, and related fields, the RHS Interchange Fellowship provides up to 12,000 GBP for one American student to spend ten months working and studying at leading UK horticultural centers or gardens.
