Schallek Awards

This award support graduate students conducting doctoral research in any relevant discipline dealing with late-medieval Britain (ca. 1350-1500) to help defray research expenses. Applicants must be members of the Medieval Academy.

Reagan-Fascell Democracy Fellows

Reagan-Fascell offers five- to ten-month fellowships to conduct original research for publication in Washington. Projects may focus on the political, social, economic, legal, & cultural aspects of democratic development

Inter-American Foundation’s Grassroots Development Fellowships

These fellowships support PhD candidates to conduct dissertation research (4-12 months) in Latin America and the Caribbean on topics related to grassroots development. Applicants must have US citizenship, or be citizens of an independent Latin American or Caribbean country (except Cuba).

P.E.O. Scholar Awards

PEO provides educational awards for women of the United States and Canada who are either pursuing a graduate degree or are engaged in advanced study or graduate research at an accredited university or college.

Presidential Management Fellowship

The Presidential Management Fellows (PMF) Program is a two-year opportunity intended to allow federal agencies to attract outstanding graduate students from a wide variety of academic disciplines to public service. Applicants must receive advanced degrees within two years of beginning tenure.

Faculty for the Future Fellowships

Faculty for the Future fellowships are awarded to women from developing and emerging economies who are preparing for PhD or post-doctoral study in the physical sciences, engineering, or related disciplines. Applicants must demonstrate commitment to teaching of science.

AIA The Anna C. and Oliver C. Colburn Fellowship

This grant supports studies at the ASCSA for no more than a year. Applicant must be citizen or permanent resident of the US or Canada, at the pre-doctoral stage or have recently received a Ph.D. (within five years of the date of the application), and must apply concurrently to the ASCSA and AIA.

Abe Fellowship
