Study Scholarship

Provides funds for study and/or research in Germany for 1 to 10 months. Open to graduate students pursuing their masters or doctorate for study and/or research prior to completing their degree. Recent Ph.D. recipients may apply to pursue post-doctoral research.

DAAD/AICGS Research Fellowship

This two-month, residential program bring together scholars working on Germany, Europe, and/or transatlantic relations in Washington, DC. Applications should focus on one of the institute’s three research areas, business and economics; foreign and domestic policy; or society, culture, and politics.

Scholarships for post-graduates and researchers in Finnish language

CIMO awards scholarships to non-Finnish post-graduate students and researchers who carry out their research outside Finland. Applicants should have at least a Master’s degree. Scholarships are available for post-graduate studies or research in a Finnish university or for short study visits.

Anna C. and Oliver C. Colburn Fellowship

$11,000 fellowship supports doctoral and postdoctoral researchers for studies at the American School of Classical Studies at Athens, Greece, for up to one year.

Postdoctoral Fellowships

The A*STAR International Fellowship provides PhD graduates with two years of fully funded post-doctoral training at top overseas laboratories to expand their research experience and learn new skills to advance their scientific careers. Applicants must be Singapore citizens.

ALSC Scholarships: Bound to Stay Bound Books Scholarships

The ALSC Bound to Stay Bound Books Scholarship supports those who pursue an MLS or advanced degree and who plan to work in the area of library service to children. This work may be serving children up to and including the age of 14 in any type library.

National Endowment for the Humanities Fellowship for Research in Turkey

The NEH fellowships support projects in the humanities and humanistically oriented aspects of the social sciences, prehistory, history, art, archaeology, literature, and linguistics, as well as interdisciplinary aspects of cultural history. Stipends up to $50,400 support 4-12 month projects.

Career Awards at the Scientific Interface

BWF’s Career Awards at the Scientific Interface (CASI) provide $500,000 over five years to bridge advanced postdoctoral training and the first three years of faculty service.

Post-doctoral Research Fellowship

Applications are invited from candidates who should normally have completed a doctorate. Applicants must have a demonstrable connection with a UK University. Seminar designed to familarize graduate students and junior faculty with numismatic methodology. Students will also gain practical experience in working with coins at the ANS’s New York collection.
