New York Classical Club Rome/Athens Summer Scholarships

NY Classical Club members can win scholarships toward the cost of study in the summer session of the American Academy in Rome or the American School of Classical Studies at Athens. Preference will be given to secondary school teachers and graduate students.

E. Adelaide Hahn Scholarship of the Classical Association of the Atlantic States

An award toward the cost of study for the ASCSA Summer Sessions. Applicants must be current CAAS members. Preference will be given to pre-college teachers, graduate students, and those who have not previously received the award.

Violet and Cyril Franks Scholarship

The APF Violet and Cyril Franks Scholarship supports graduate-level scholarly projects that use a psychological perspective to help understand and reduce stigma associated with mental illness.

Marliave Scholarship Fund

This $2,000 scholarship is awarded to students who demonstrate ability, scholarship, a potential for contributions to the profession, character, activities in student/professional societies.

Agnes Jones Jackson Scholarship

This scholarship supports students who demonstrate financial need based on federal poverty guidelines. Applicants must be NAACP members, enrolled or accepted to an accredited college or university in the US, and not have reached the age of 25 by the application deadline.

Hubertus Willems Scholarship for Male Students

This scholarship supports male undergraduate and graduate students majoring in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, or Mathematical Sciences who demonstrate financial need based on the federal poverty guidelines.

P.E.O. Scholar Awards

PEO provides educational awards for women of the United States and Canada who are either pursuing a graduate degree or are engaged in advanced study or graduate research at an accredited university or college.

Francis H. Moffitt Memorial Scholarship

The purpose of the award is to encourage upper-division undergraduate and graduate-level college students to pursue a course of study in surveying and photogrammetry leading to a career in the geospatial mapping profession.

ALA Scholarships for Library Support Staff: Tom and Roberta Drewes Scholarship

The Tom and Roberta Drewes Scholarship supports library staff members pursuing an ALA accredited Master’s Program.

ALA Scholarships for Library Support Staff: Miriam L. Hornback Scholarship

The Miriam L. Hornback Scholarship supports staff currently working in a library during his/her ALA accredited MA Program.
