Helene M. Overly Memorial Graduate Scholarship

This scholarship provides $10,000 to graduate students enrolled in a transportation-related field and who engage in public service. Contact your local chapter of Women in Transportation for application information.

Broome & Allen Scholarship

The Broome and Allen Scholarship is awarded to students of Sephardic origin or those working in Sephardic studies. Both graduate and undergraduate degree candidates as well as those doing research projects will be considered. Students must be studying or working in the U.S.

Mary Murphy Graduate Scholarship

This program provides financial assistance to African American women interested in working on a graduate degree. Members of the sorority are not eligible to apply.

Bruce J. Heim Foundation Scholarship

This award will be given for graduate study to a student whose career goal is to further the exploration of space. Applicants must be ASME student members in good standing with a minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.3.

Judith McManus Price Scholarship

Women and minority students enrolled in an approved planning program and intend to pursue careers as practicing planners in the public sector and are able to demonstrate a genuine financial need are eligible to apply for this scholarship which will range between $2,000 to $4,000.

Karen O’Neil Memorial Scholarship

This scholarship supports an emergency nurse (RN, LPN or LVN) pursuing a master’s degree in nursing. It was established in memory of Karen M. O’Neil, who was a recipient of an ENA Foundation Scholarship herself. Applicants must be ENA members for a minimum of 12 months prior to applying.

Pamela Stinson Kidd Memorial Doctoral Scholarship

This scholarship is awarded to a nurse (RN, LPN, or LVN) pursuing a doctoral degree. Applicants mus be ENA members for a minimum of 12 months prior to applying. Applicant’s dissertation must be related to emergency nursing.

Paul R. Wolf Memorial Scholarship

The purpose of the Award is to encourage and commend college students who display exceptional interest, desire, ability, and aptitude to enter the profession of teaching Surveying, Mapping, or Photogrammetry. The Award consists of a certificate and a check in the amount of $3,000.

Research Awards

This award provides research funds for students and post-docs who are members of the AOU that are studying avian biology. Funding (up to $2,500) for travel to field sites, expendable materials and equipment, and living expenses while in the field can be requested.

Dennis Raveling Scholarship

The Dennis Raveling Scholarship for Waterfowl Research is awarded annually to a student(s) with a desire to pursue a career in waterfowl or wetlands ecology. Candidates must be pursuing an advanced university degree in: Wildlife, Zoology, Botany, Ecology, or other pertinent biological science.
