Alpha Mu Tau Fraternity Scholarships

Scholarships (up to $3,000) are available for undergraduates and graduate students accepted into or who are currently in a program in areas related to Clinical Laboratory Science. Graduate applicants must be members of ASCLS.

Sledge and Benedict Fellowships

The Robert W. Sledge and H. Y. Benedict fellowships are for the first year of graduate study toward the master’s, doctor’s, or professional degree at any recognized institution. George J. Mitchell Scholarships

This scholarship supports up to twelve students between the ages of 18 and 30 for one academic year of postgraduate study in any discipline offered by institutions of higher learning in Ireland (study in Northern Ireland is not currently an option through the Mitchell Scholarship).

Robert A. Dannels Memorial Scholarship

Financial assistance to disabled or other students who are interested in pursuing graduate studies in nuclear science or engineering. Applications must be sponsored by an ANS organization.

Fuel Cycle and Waste Management Division John Randall Scholarship

Graduate students in the areas of science and engineering related to the nuclear fuel cycle and radioactive waste management at accredited institutions in the United States are eligible to apply. Students must be sponsored by an ANS organization.

Mayme and Herb Frank Scholarship Program

Scholarships are awarded to US and foreign students for graduate work focusing on federalism in its application to international integration

Conference Scholarship

This fund was established to provide financial assistance for society members to attend the educational conference and annual meeting. The establishment of the fund was in response to the lack of travel monies for members to attend educational programs due the severe budget cuts in recent years.

Spectrum Scholarship

This award provides a $5000 scholarship for students who are racial or ethnic minorities and enrolled at the beginning of a graduate program in Library and Information Sciences.

Study Scholarship

Provides funds for study and/or research in Germany for 1 to 10 months. Open to graduate students pursuing their masters or doctorate for study and/or research prior to completing their degree. Recent Ph.D. recipients may apply to pursue post-doctoral research.
